I can’t remember when I first cook this recipe. But what I do remember is that it was an instant hit for the kids and my family. And I’m talking about people who are more into pinoy-style spaghetti, the sweet, spicy tomato-based (or even ketchup-based) spaghetti. Think of Jollibee spaghetti. Got the idea? So having their “Thumbs-up” is a great deal. My family is a typical Filipino family. Not really exposed to other cuisine but they are very adventurous yet discerning in terms of food.  They match my passion and curiosity in cooking. They became my willing food critic in every recipe I cooked.  What I like about them is that they tell it as it is, especially the kids. If they don’t like it, they will tell me why they don’t like it.  Often times, opinion clashes but at the end of the day I got to learn how to improve my ability and most of the time, if not all the time, they enjoyed the food I served.
